GAM Tax Council Meeting (In-person)

This is a members only event.

The GAM Tax Council will meet at the offices of Grant Thornton, 1100 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 1400 in Atlanta, on Thursday, August 13, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Attached is the agenda for the meeting, which will include:

• A discussion on the recent changes for treatment of foreign-derived income;
• A perspective on state conformity to OB3;
• An update on the latest tariff developments; and
• A discussion of the recent Georgia Special Session and the tax implications for future sessions.

We also will be joined at lunch by Kelsey Finn, the Director of Tax Policy for the Georgia Department of Revenue.
