David Zaiken International & Corporate Tax  Technical Leader, WebsterRogers LLP David brings a critical financial and tax perspective to the discussion, advising companies on the downstream impact of tariffs across financial reporting, transfer pricing and global tax strategy. He will address how tariffs affect cost structure, profitability and cross-border tax planning — and what companies should anticipate if tariff refunds are realized. David has over 50 years of experience and brings a strategic viewpoint to integrated tax and supply chain thinking. David is based in Charleston, S.C.

Brad Pittman Principal, Specialty Tax Services Smith + Howard Advisory LLC Brad joined Smith + Howard in 2023 and is responsible for the implementation, growth, and related delivery of services for the firm's specialty tax services practice benefiting a wide cross-section of the firm's client base. Prior to joining the firm, he led national transfer pricing and R&D tax credit practices and was responsible for all aspects of these practices, including day-to-day management, engagement execution, and business development. Brad is based in Atlanta.
