Operational Excellence Council Meeting

Dear Operational Excellence Council Members: The Operational Excellence Council will be meeting in-person on Thursday, October 24th from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. The meeting will be in Atlanta but with a specific location TBD. We will communicate this location as soon as possible. The Council will gather to review engagement plans developed by our five “pillar” leads in the areas of Operations, Legal, Workforce, Human Resources Management, and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment). These plans will form the basis of the Council’s engagement strategy for 2025, including specifically developing the agenda for GAM’s first annual Operational Excellence Conference, which will be held from June 10-12, 2025 at Cloudland at McLemore Resort, Lookout Mountain. Your input is crucial to ensure the success of the Council’s mission and these initiatives.
