We are excited to invite you to Kennesaw State University’s Manufacturing Day on March 3, 2025, at the Marietta Campus. This event, proudly sponsored in part by the Georgia Association of Manufacturers (GAM), is a unique opportunity to engage with faculty and students from the engineering, computer science, and business programs, as well as industry representatives.

As part of the day’s agenda, GAM will host a panel discussion from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM. During this time, we’ll explore key trends and challenges shaping the future of manufacturing. This is an excellent chance to share your expertise and connect with future talent in these fields.

We encourage you to register and bring up to two representatives (complimentary), such as Hiring Managers, HR Directors, or C-Suite executives, to engage with academic and industry participants.

SCHEDULE:

10:30-11:15 | Registration, Coffee & Networking

Companies, students and faculty will have the chance to mix and mingle over refreshments.

11:15-12:15 | Session 1

Shaping the Future: Innovations and Workforce in Georgia Manufacturing Companies, students and faculty will hear from a panel of industry guests, followed by an update from the Georgia Association of Manufacturers.

12:30-1:15 | Leadership Networking Luncheon

Companies, faculty and staff will have the opportunity to network over lunch about current industry issues.

1:30-2:30 | Session 2

Industry Insights: Roundtables & Networking for Students

This dynamic format includes three 15-minute rounds of small group discussions, offering students the opportunity to interact directly with experts from the manufacturing sector.

2:30-3:30 | Optional Tour

Industry guests can tour campus classrooms and labs and connect with faculty and staff for further discussion.
