We are excited to announce our next AI/I Council meeting on August 29^th from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce located at 191 Peachtree Tower, 191 Peachtree St #3400, Atlanta, GA 30303. 

Our agenda will continue the initial discussions we started in the inaugural meeting, and we are looking forward to seeing everyone for some productive conversations.

Agenda:

8:00 – 9:00 am

Light breakfast, coffee, and soft drinks. Time to reconnect with past members and to connect with new members.

9:00 – 10:00 am: GOAL 1

Distill key topics noted into three priority objectives to address member interests. We will then take each of these objectives and decompose them future to create a list of sub tasks, priorities, and ownership of each subtask.

3. Building Strategic Partnerships

10:00 – 10:30 am: GOAL 2

Form a “working group” within the Council to research and draft policy guidelines on the adoption and application of AI in Georgia. Representatives from the Council will then put forward these positions to the State Senate and House Committees on Artificial Intelligence before their study reviews conclude in December. Recall we discussed these committees during our meeting. Please see the attached documents for more information on the committees.
