GAM DC FLY-IN

Join the Georgia Association of Manufacturers in Washington, D.C., for our Federal Fly-In taking place July 21-23, 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for our members to engage directly with Georgia’s Congressional delegation and key federal policymakers on the issues that matter most to manufacturers in our state. As a participant, you’ll be part of a focused agenda designed to elevate the voice of Georgia industry, strengthen our policy priorities, and build meaningful relationships in the nation’s capital.

During the DC Fly-in, GAM Members will:

  • Meet face-to-face with Georgia’s congressional delegation and key committee staff
  • Advocate on issues like tariffs, tax regulation, workforce development, infrastructure investment, and regulatory reform
  • Share real-world perspectives on how federal decisions impact Georgia manufacturers
  • Build long-term relationships with policymakers and strengthen the state’s manufacturing profile nationally
  • Hear from the National Association of Manufacturers on the U.S. economy and Political Outlook
  • Enjoy fine dining and sightseeing

Travel Details:

GAM has secured a room block at the iconic Hamilton Hotel, 1001 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20005. The registration fee covers hotel accommodations at Hamilton Hotel, breakfast and dinner, and ground transportation while in Washington, DC. Airfare and ground transportation to and from the airport are not included. GAM cannot accept cancellations after Tuesday, June 23.

While our agenda is still being finalized, the following is a general outline of activities:

Tuesday, July 21 

4:00 pm - Check-in at Hamilton Hotel

6:00 pm - GAM Member Dinner at Ocean Prime

7:00 am - Breakfast at Hamilton Hotel

9:00 am - Meetings on Capitol Hill

12:00 pm - Lunch at the Capitol

4:30 pm - Meetings Conclude 

5:00 pm - Cocktail Reception & Dinner with Invited Guests

7:00 am - Breakfast at Hamilton Hotel

10:00 am - Hotel Checkout, Departure
