GAM Tax Council Meeting (In Person)

Description

The GAM Tax Council will meet in person on Tuesday, July 8, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in person at the law offices of Eversheds Sutherland, 999 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 2300, Atlanta, Georgia. Thank you to GAM Tax Counsel Jonathan Feldman and his colleagues for hosting the meeting.

We strongly encourage each GAM member to send a representative. We will hear expert analysis from Eversheds Sutherland on the federal tax legislation currently making its way through Congress and discuss its potential impacts. We will be joined by representatives from the Georgia Department of Revenue who will provide a key update. We also will be honored with the presence of State Representative Shaw Blackmon, who chairs the House Ways and Means Committee and will share his views on the current state of tax issues from a legislative and policy perspective. This really is a can’t-miss event for those with an interest in state and federal tax policy.

Lunch will be served.
